Anyone of full legal capacity can be a member of the community all it takes is to purchase a land or developed property from the community either as full or part payment.
Yes. All members of the community are eligible to earn from the commission that accrues to the community. It doesn’t make any difference if such member has just paid the initial deposit or the full purchase price of the land or developed property.
You earn from commissions made from your referrals and downliners
Yes. All members of the community are limited to 4 direct downliners and a maximum of 256 total downliners.
Every member is eligible to earn from the 1st to the 4th generation downliners.
Earnings are made from all commissions made from transactions done by all your downliners. It is not limited to the first purchase alone.
Earnings from commissions from transactions done by your downliners does not stop. You continue to earn for life as long as your downliners make transaction within the community.
All referrals are downliners but not all downliners are referrals. Referrals are members who register in the site through your referral link while downliners are members who register in the site after you and under your tree but not through your link.
Yes. You earn 50% of the commission from the 1st purchase of your referral. Every other earning in the community is 10% of the commission.
Our Commission is usually 5% of the total value of the land or property but may vary depending on any peculiar circumstance.
One purchase is done by any of your downliners, your account at Comap.ng is being credited immediately. You are expected to make a withdrawal request from the site. Crediting your bank account is auctioned within 24 hours from the time a withdrawal request is made.
No. Commissions are charged in advance. Once the downliner makes the 1st deposit, all entitled members of the community will receive their commission within the stipulated time.
Commissions are paid by the sellers, the developers of the estate.
You don’t lose your status as a member by selling your land or property which admitted you as a member. Once a member, always a member.
